H.R.H the Prince of Asturias handed out to Tauler the “Award for the best initiative of international expansion”.
Mr Josep Saumell Forné, President of Tauler Maquinaria S.L, received the award.
During the award ceremony, His Royal Highness emphasized that "the relatively fast change of the international economic scene that we are now experiencing, means the end of protected markets, the opening of the traditional markets and the participation of new and competitive actors, as typical features of globalisation”.

At the beginning of April, two machines were sent to our distributor in Australia, Hilton Laminating. It is a Printlam Digital and a Printlam Digital B2, that will be exhibited on Hilton's stand during Printex in May 2007.

From March 27th to 30th, Tauler was present in Poligrafia trade fair, the most important one in Poland, along with our distributor for this market: AVARGRAF.
The model that was shown, a Printlam CTI 75, enjoyed great success among the professional visitors.

ISI (Imprimerie Service Instantané), main digital printer in France and based in Paris, has just installed its first Printlam Digital laminating machine. ISI is one of Xerox´s main European customers, and has now a Tauler laminating machine, specifically designed for digital printers and complementary of Xerox´s equipment.

Reival (Tauler’s subsidiary for the Catalan market) becomes the exclusive distributor for Catalonia of all Albamac’s graphic finishing products: Morgana, Vario, Watkiss, Busch, Fastbind, etc. Up until now, the alliance between Albamac and Tauler was limited to the distribution agreement making Albamac Tauler’s distributor in central Spain. It has now been extended with Reival’s incorporation.

Our French distributor has decided to concentrate on the distribution of Tauler laminating machines, as they ordered five machines in December: two Printlam CTI 52, one Printlam CTI 75 and two Printlam Digital.

There are two main reasons to buy a new Printlam laminating machine: on the one hand, the increase in Acabando’s activity, and on the other hand, the trust they have in Tauler as supplier of this kind of machines. This time, the model chosen has been the laminating machine Printlam CTI 105.

The past 21st of June, Tauler Maquinaria participated in the round table carried out in IES Puerta Bonita, within the framework of the 9th Art and Communication workshop of ComunicArte 2006.
The main subject was the development of different laminating solutions for traditional printing and the development of specific laminating machines for digital printing. The debate was centred on the technological solutions that optimise the equipment’s effective preparation times and on solutions that allow guaranteeing a high quality level, homogenously, on the long term.
The speakers were Mr. Josep Saumell and Mr. Roger Costa from Tauler Maquinaria, and Mr. Joaquín Truyol, Manager of Truyol Digital. The moderator of the Technical Table was Mr. Carlos Esteban, Executive Director of Artes Gráficas Palermo.

Continuing its policy to promote its equipment, Tauler Maquinaria and its Portuguese distributor jointly organised a series of presentations of the laminating machine specially developed by Tauler to meet digital printing needs, which took place on 1, 2 and 3 June.
Over the course of these three days, the distributor’s clients were able to appreciate all the benefits offered by this equipment. A particular emphasis was given to the machine’s ease of handling and high quality finishes.
The clients attending the demonstrations were also surprised by how quickly the equipment could be put into operation.

On the upcoming June 21st, Tauler Maquinaria will be participating in the Round Table on Lamination Technology that will be held within the frame of the 9th Sessions on Art and Communication corresponding to “ComunicArte 2006”.

Tauler Maquinaria has participated in the Post Printing Machinery Exhibition that has been held at the Bilbao Euskalduna Convention Centre on the dates of May 4th, 5th and 6th. During these sessions their new laminator was presented, the same specifically designed for digital printing: the Printlam Digital laminator. This novel equipment inherits the robustness, operational simplicity and low maintenance costs of the traditional Printlam, duly incorporating interesting features that, without a doubt, will turn this machine into a referent on the digital market. Numerous printing companies had the opportunity to appreciate the benefits of Tauler’s equipment during these sessions, the same in a practical manner, given that an endless number of demonstrations were carried out.

The UK’s only national mainstream graphic arts event for commercial printers. Northprint will take place from 19-21 April 2005 in Harrogate Exhibition Centre. A unique three-day event focusing upon the latest innovations in equipment and processes covering the entire range of pre-press, press and print finishing.

In 2003, Northprint attracted visitors across a broad spectrum of the industry including: commercial printers, repro houses, design studios, publishers, copy shops and finishing companies.

As the next mainstream graphic arts event to follow Drupa, Northprint 2005 will be the first opportunity for many UK print specialists to assess the latest technological developments form JDF, workflow, pre-press, conventional and digital output devices to print finishing and bindery.

Northprint provides an essential forum for suppliers to showcase the latest equipment and technology. With printers increasingly under pressure to survive and maintain a competitive edge, Northprint is an opportunity that no UK commercial printer can seriously afford to miss.

With over 100 exhibitors, of which many will be displaying products never exhibited in the UK before, 2005 looks set to be the best Northprint ever!

Tauler Machinery has established a distribution agreement with Friedheim International, which passes to form a part of our channel. This way, it will commercialise the whole scale laminating solutions.

Fruit of this new agreement of distribution is the presence on the whole British market, since Friedheim possesses presence in the whole territory.

For Tauler Maquinaria the alliance with Friedheim is strategic, not only for the high added value that reaches for if only, but also for being the suitable complement for the solutions that we make and that, assurance, will have great reception on this new and important market.

On the one hand, Josep Saumell, The Director of Tauler Maquinaria, affirms "the signature of this agreement with Friedheim is very important for us, since they rely on a wide knowledge on solutions for graphical arts and have aptitude to offer an integral service to satisfy the needs of the companies ".

Since his beginnings in London in 1884, Friedheim's intention has been to turn into one of the suppliers of reference to the graphical arts, impression and finishing for the United Kingdom and Ireland. His philosophy is very simple: to rely on the best personnel and to work with the best manufacturers of equipments worldwide, which allows them to offer an integral service and of great quality.

The agreement between Tauler Maquinaria and Friedheim has as aim to be able to offer to the graphical arts sector of United Kingdom and Ireland a complete laminating solution, orientating the offer combines towards the laminating process of the internationalisation presses, increasing the efficiency of his processes and reducing the total costs.

MKM Comercial, distributor fo Tauler Maquinaria, will organize during the last week of May a Showroom in the city of Bilbao.

The laminating machines that will be exposed will be the PrintLam Basic 52 and the PrintLam 75 CTI, and the exhibition will be opened and availability to be visited by all the interested parties, indepedently of their geographical location.

Between next April 2th and 5th, Tauler Maquinaria will take part as exhibitor in the Imprexpo fair, which will take place in Guadalajara, the capital of the Jalisco State (Mexico), and city with great tradition in the sector of the Graphical Arts.

Imprexpo represents a great opportunity to establish business contacts and to expose the innovations in machinery for the industry of the Graphical Arts. This fair has been consolidated as one of 10 exhibitors for the most important Graphical Arts of the world, and as the principal one in Latin America.

Tauler Machinery, of the hand of our official distributor for Mexico, SICA S.A. de C.V., it will expose in the fair his laminating PrintLam 75 CT. It will be present our laminating machine with film propilene thermal film.

In Tauler Machinery we have big puttings expectations in the contest and wait for a public's high traffic abundance, due to the great need detected in the presses of the country to have this process integrated in his own productive facilities.

From February 2 to February 5, Tauler Maquinaria was present in Graphintro 2005, International Graphical Arts Solutions, which took place in this Barcelona Fair and where we presented some of ours solutions for the industry of the graphical arts with a positive reception on the part of the visitors.

Tauler Machinery has agreed with Aqualon the distribution in the Federation Russia and Community of Independent States (CIS) and has acquired a PrintLam 52 for his showrrom in Moscow.

Mag Graphic since last décember 2004 they become our official distributor in the following areas: France, Dom Tom Luxembourg and Belgique francophone.

Last 1 February MAG GRAPHIC, our official distributor of TAULER IN France, Dom Tom, Luxembourg and Beligique francophone celebrated a doors opened for all the clients of the zone where it was possible to see the automatic PrintLam 75 CTI laminating machine that woke great interest up between the attendees.

Last 20 January we delivered a new machine PrintLam 75 CTI to Thierry Jordan from Imprimerie Fagnola of the hand of the distributor in the zone Graphic Diffusion.

Between the 26th and 28th of October CODISUR, official distributor of TAULER for Andalusia and Extremadura celebrated a few days of doors opened for all the clients of the zone where between(among) other things it was possible to to see the automatic PrintLam 75 CTI laminating machine that woke great interest up between the attendees.

Last week the signatures TAULER and INGRAFIC (Torrent, Valencia) came to an agreement by means of which INGRAFIC passes to be the exclusive distributor of our laminating machine for the Valencian Community, Murcia and Albacete.

Last November 2 delivery was delivered to Fotomecanicas Artesur (Malaga) a PrintLam 75 CTI laminating machine with which they will be able to extend the service that they were offering to her clients.

Last November 15 it was delivered to Taller Grafic Ramon (Palma) a PrintLam 75 CT laminating machine of Repropalma's hand who is the distributor of Tauler in Balearics.

Last November 22 it was delivered to Mr Moses Villar of Graficas Selene CV's SA (Mexico) a PrintLam 75 CTI laminating machine by the Max Hochuli's hand, Manager of SICA who is the distributor of Tauler in Mexico.

Last November 30 it was delivered a PrintLam 75 CTI laminate in our Delegation of Madrid in the street San Romualdo 26 allowing to be visited by our potential clients. During February 2005 we will organize a show room allowing to see our two machines in functioning.

Last December 20 the distribution agreement was signed for France, Dom Tom, Luxemburg and French Belgium with the society Mag Graphic leader in the graphical arts sector. Besides the distributor is going to have a machine PrintLam 75 CTI for his(its) showroom allowing to do demonstrations to the clients.

Last October 4 we started in Rustidós Encuadernaciones a new machine PrintLam 75 CTI in Dos Hermanas in Seville. With this machine Rustidós will be able to complete the service that offers his clients.

Last September 16 Codisur and Tauler signed an agreement of collaboration for which Codisur turns into distributor of Tauler into Andalusia and Extremadura. Shortly a showroom will be realized for the clients in the zone

Last 23 August we delivered a new machine PrintLam 52 CT to Graficas Lope in Salamanca of the hand of the distributor in the zone MKM.

From 6 May to 19 May Tauler Maquinaria was present with a stand in Drupa 2004 in Dusseldorf (Germany). The success obtained so much by the final contacts as with the new distributors they assure the presence in the following Drupa 2008. More than 40 different countries have passed for our stand and around five continents.

Since October 22 to October 25 ' 03 Tauler Maquinaria it realized the national presentation of his new scale of dry laminators of small and medium format in collaboration with his distributor in the zone DMG S.L. The week of opened doors culminated with attendees' great success, being more than one score the representatives of different companies those that approached DMG's facilities to know the characteristics of the new scale of laminators you will modulate of small format. Besides the attendees also could observe closely the automatic laminator Printlam CTI and the quality stated of laminated that offers. Those who could not be present at the presentation and they wish all more information about our products, we would put in touch with our commercial equipment in order to be able to coordinate a visit to our facilities.

Last 22 July we delivered a new machine PrintLam 52 CT to Escola Nostra Senyora Meritxell (Taller Xeridell) in Santa Coloma en Andorra of the hand of the distributor in the zone Mr. Jordi García from Grasmatot.

Last 15 July we delivered a new machine PrintLam 52 CTI to Gráficas Cuenca in Cuenca in Castilla La Mancha.

Last 1 July we delivered a new machine PrintLam 52 CTI to Gráficas Planisi of the hand of the distributor in the zone Mr. Toni Pascual from Repropalma.

Last 28 June we delivered a new machine PrintLam 75 CTI to Mr. Antonio Muñoz from Printicolor Industria Gráfica in Puebla de Soto (Murcia).

Last 9 June we delivered a new machine PrintLam 52 CTI to Mr. Pedro Lavié from Martí Català (Group Lavié) of the hand of the distributor in the zone DMG (Distribución de Maquinaria Gráfica).
